1. Who we are and who the service is for

STARITT is operated by Michalis Delianidis trading as STARITT, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact us at staritt.cy@gmail.com for service, billing or legal questions.

STARITT is a business-focused service connecting physical NFC cards and QR codes to digital customer experiences, links, private feedback and interaction reporting. These Terms cover the service supplied to a customer business and access by its authorised users. A person accepting a business offer must have authority to commit that business. Visitors using a customer experience must also use it lawfully; doing so does not subscribe them to a paid plan.

2. Your written offer and agreement

Your accepted individual written offer controls the agreed scope, setup fees, hardware quantities, recurring rates and billing intervals, promotional periods, and any other specific commercial arrangements. Where an accepted offer expressly differs from these general Terms, the offer controls that specific matter, subject to mandatory law. There is no universal public price or minimum subscription term in these Terms.

Prices, applicable taxes and any additional agreed charges must be disclosed before acceptance. Review your offer and ask us about anything unclear before accepting or authorising payment. An offer acceptance and a payment authorisation are distinct steps. These pages do not retrospectively replace existing customer agreements or impose a new acceptance requirement on existing customers.

3. Accounts, credentials and roles

Business accounts are issued by invitation. Keep your account information accurate, protect your password and access links, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share personal sign-in credentials. The business is responsible for the users it authorises and for requesting appropriate changes when a person leaves or their duties change.

Access depends on the assigned business and location roles. Owners and managers have different permissions; STARITT administrators manage platform-level configuration. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another business’s data, probe the service without authorisation, or interfere with other users. Any authorised STARITT support access must be used for legitimate service support.

4. Content, links and lawful use

The business is responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of its experience content, menus, images, notices, Wi-Fi details and destination links, and for having the rights and permissions needed to provide them. Keep destinations current and avoid publishing confidential information that should not be available to visitors. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, misleading claims or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Third-party websites, review platforms, booking tools, ordering services, apps and networks are operated independently under their own terms and privacy policies. STARITT does not control their availability, content, transactions or results. Private feedback is intended for the relevant business team, not as a public review; the business is responsible for handling that feedback appropriately and lawfully.

Businesses must provide appropriate information to visitors, determine a lawful basis for their visitor processing, and obtain any consent required for their use of the service. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are not consent to marketing and do not replace the business’s own privacy obligations or a required data processing agreement.

5. NFC cards and physical media

NFC cards supplied for the service remain STARITT property unless an individual written agreement states otherwise. Hardware quantities and any transfer of ownership must be specified in the agreed offer. Use and care for the physical media reasonably and tell us if it is lost, damaged or no longer works.

On ending service, return or retire cards as agreed with STARITT. Loss, damage or replacement charges apply only where disclosed and agreed; these Terms do not introduce a fixed penalty or an undisclosed replacement fee. Physical codes and links depend on the associated service configuration and may become unavailable when service is ended, suspended or archived.

6. Trials, payments and renewal

Trials are available only on the terms offered to your business, including any duration, scope or grace period. A trial date shown in the portal is not by itself permission to charge you. We will not automatically charge after a trial without the agreed payment authorisation.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the agreed rate and interval unless cancelled in accordance with the agreement. Any introductory price and the price that applies afterwards must be disclosed in the offer before acceptance. One-off setup or hardware charges are separate from recurring charges as shown in the offer.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide an authorised payment method and keep billing details current. STARITT receives payment status, invoice and subscription information; full card information is handled by Stripe. An unfinished payment screen is not confirmation of payment. Tell us promptly about a failed payment, incorrect charge or invoice dispute so we can investigate.

7. Cancellation, refunds and service ending

You can request cancellation through the billing portal where available, or by contacting staritt.cy@gmail.com. Ordinary recurring cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, as agreed. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective end date; simply deleting a login, deactivating a touchpoint or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. These Terms impose no additional arbitrary cancellation-notice period.

There is no automatic prorated refund for an ordinary change of mind or non-use during a paid period, subject to your accepted offer and mandatory law. This does not remove remedies for an overcharge, non-delivery, defective service or any other entitlement under applicable law. Contact us with the relevant offer or invoice details so we can review a correction, refund or other appropriate remedy. Any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights remain unaffected.

After service ends, access to customer-facing experiences or portal features may cease. Account deletion and archival are not the same as deletion of all records: interaction, billing, card and security history may remain where needed, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Coordinate any necessary data retrieval and card return with us before ending service.

8. Intellectual property and customer data

STARITT and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding and service materials. The business retains its rights in the content and data it supplies. You give STARITT the permission needed to host, display and process that content to provide, secure and support the agreed service; this is not a transfer of ownership of your content.

Do not copy or misuse STARITT branding or software, remove ownership notices, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights. Personal data is handled according to the respective controller and processor responsibilities explained in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement.

9. Availability, security and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to operate and secure the service, with role-based access and controlled administration. No online service can be completely secure or uninterrupted. Unless specifically agreed in writing, we do not promise guaranteed uptime, a particular number of reviews, sales or interactions, or any other guaranteed business result. Maintenance, network issues and third-party failures can affect availability.

Each party remains responsible for its obligations and for loss to the extent required by the agreement and applicable law. These Terms do not introduce a fixed monetary liability cap or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit liability for fraud or other non-excludable obligations, or remove mandatory statutory remedies.

10. Suspension and changes

We may proportionately restrict or suspend affected access where necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, an immediate security risk, an unresolved agreed payment obligation, or a legal requirement. We will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable; urgent protection or legal restrictions may require action first. Contact us to discuss restoration or an error. Suspension does not itself erase historical records or settle an invoice.

Changes to these Terms are prospective. We will provide notice of material changes through an appropriate service communication before they take effect, and obtain agreement where required. We will not retroactively change agreed prices. Changes to your commercial scope or price must follow your accepted offer and applicable law, rather than silently rewriting an existing agreement.

11. Governing law and contact

Cyprus law governs these Terms and the service agreement, without limiting mandatory rights or protections that apply under another applicable law. Nothing here removes a right to bring a claim before a court or authority where mandatory law permits it.

For questions, billing disputes, cancellation or concerns about these Terms, contact Michalis Delianidis trading as STARITT at staritt.cy@gmail.com, Nicosia, Cyprus. Please include your business name and enough information to identify the issue, but do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
